Day 28

My eldest munchkin has been drawing more and more lately. I must say, I LOVE it. He's whipped out some of the cutest little stick people with giant heads.

He drew this smiley face on their chalk board today - cute, right?

So I asked him to tell me about it. And he told me that it was me! Aww, how sweet - and I was thrilled to see how BIG the smile was, especially considering what a grouch I was the day before... So then I asked him "Cody, what's that under the face?" (it's hard to see in the picture, but there's a bubble looking thing under the face)

Cody replied: "It's your chin."

Thanks buddy. I appreciate how accurate your rendition of me is. What a great kid you are. :-P

PS this is what happens when I don't take my 365 shot till night time - I have to jack up my ISO and my picture ends up grainy with tons of noise. Oops! Oh well!

Day 5

In an effort to be more creative this year, I spent some Christmas money on a sketch book and some markers (the stick in the middle is a little glue stick so I can put fun little things in my sketch book). I've already doodled on quite a few pages :-)
